The box showed up completely crushed, which was really frustrating because I was planning to wear the jeans that day and didn’t want to risk dealing with a return or damaged item. Luckily, the jeans themselves seemed okay, but the packaging was in rough shape and kind of ruined the excitement.

I emailed twice about my order and didn’t hear anything back for days. Tried the chat too, but that didn’t really get me anywhere. It’s so frustrating being forced to just sit around and be patient when all I wanted was a simple update.

Checkout was quick overall, so I can’t complain too much. Still, there were a few little things that felt annoying, like having to double-check the same info more than once. It wasn’t a huge problem, but it was kind of irritating, and those small annoyances add up. In the end I got through it fine, just wish it felt a little smoother

One was snug, one was weirdly loose in the waist, and I’m just standing there in my socks wondering what happened. Nothing missing, no weird mix-up. It’s a basic thing to get an order right, but still, I have to give them credit for it. Happy with how it turned out

I tried to exchange a pair of jeans from Mavi, what a ridiculous hassle for something so simple. The steps were confusing, the return labels took forever to show up, and I kept having to dig through emails like I was solving some dumb mystery. The site said my size was in stock, so I went ahead and ordered it. A few days later, my order was canceled. Annoying, because if it’s not available, it’s not available, just don’t let me order it in the first place. The inventory really should be updated better.

I used to really like Mavi jeans, no question, but the prices on mavi.com have gotten way too high. Like, I’m completely convinced the same basic stuff costs more than it should now, and the sales barely make a difference. At this point, I’m 100% sure it’s just not worth it for me anymore.

I’ve bought from Mavi before and I do think they make good-looking jeans. The fits are usually easy to figure out, and I like that a lot of their styles are clean and simple without being too much.
That said, the selection has started to feel really limited. If you’re looking for different washes, more current cuts, or something that doesn’t look almost exactly like the last pair, it gets frustrating. After checking a few times and seeing the same kind of options over and over, I’ve lost some trust that I’ll find anything new or worth getting excited about.

Overall, they’re not bad jeans at all, but the shopping experience just feels kind of stale now. I’d still look again if I needed a basic pair, but I really wish they’d add more variety because right now it doesn’t feel as reliable as it used to.
